I know ryan and farshad will agree with me when i say this stuff goes straight through you. I mean each of us averages about 4 bottles a day and go to the bathroom about 3 times as much.

I DEF agree! Everytime we have leftovers from the Eastside lounge events, I have about 3 cases of mine own. I have never been in my bathroom so much b4 i drank Vitamin Water 3 times daily. crazy.
